The English and Arabic versions must describe the same product. Delivery, returns and care links must lead to the correct information. A product is not described as certified unless its own page expressly states that a certificate or product report is included.
Clear information without inflated claims
Moissanite is a distinct gemstone and is not diamond. A carat reference may describe diamond equivalent visual size rather than the physical weight of the stone. A product report may record characteristics of the submitted item, but it is not a promise of market value, resale value or investment performance. Our publication review is a catalogue and information check. It is not an independent laboratory grading service, and it does not mean that every piece carries a certificate or has undergone a separate gemological examination. If a specific report, measurement or material matters to your decision, contact us before ordering so the available information can be confirmed in writing.
