This page explains how displayed prices, checkout payment options, order confirmation and change requests work on the MOSO store. It does not list a payment method unless the live checkout offers it for the order.
Currency and the amount submitted
Prices are displayed in AED unless the storefront or checkout clearly shows another currency. Review the final checkout summary before paying: that is the amount submitted for payment, subject to any conversion, international-card or other charge applied by your own bank or provider.
For delivery outside the UAE, destination customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees may apply separately from MOSO's AED 100 delivery charge for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Current delivery terms are in the Shipping Policy.
Which payment methods are available?
The live checkout shows the methods currently available for the customer and order. Availability can vary by location, device, currency, order and provider. Shopify's own payment guidance confirms that customers choose from methods activated and available at checkout; MOSO therefore does not promise a wallet, card type or provider that is not shown there.

Payment processing and account safety
The MOSO store and checkout are hosted by Shopify. Payment information is processed through Shopify and the provider selected at checkout. MOSO does not receive or store the complete card number entered into the checkout.
Your bank or provider may request authentication or show a temporary authorisation while processing the transaction. Complete those steps only through the secure bank or checkout prompt. MOSO will never ask you to send a full card number, password or one-time passcode by email, WhatsApp or contact form.
What the confirmation means
After checkout completes successfully, Shopify normally sends an order confirmation to the email address or phone number supplied. That message acknowledges receipt of the order; it is not a dispatch notice. Dispatch and tracking, when available, are confirmed separately after processing.
If the confirmation is missing, check spam and promotions folders and verify the address or phone used at checkout. Then contact MOSO with your name, mobile number and approximate order time. Do not send full payment-card details.
Availability and order review
Stock and pricing are updated through store systems, but a technical error or simultaneous order can occasionally affect availability. If MOSO cannot fulfil the confirmed order, the team will contact you with the options that apply to the case, which may include cancellation and return of the amount paid.
MOSO may pause an order when contact, delivery or payment information needs reasonable verification for security or fulfilment. A pause is not a request to disclose a password or one-time passcode.
Promotion codes
Enter an eligible code in the designated field before completing payment. A code may have a validity period, product limitation or minimum requirement. Unless MOSO agrees otherwise in writing, it cannot be applied after an order has been completed.
Changes and cancellations
Contact MOSO immediately if you need to request a change to the size, item or delivery address. We will try to help before dispatch, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or delivery has started.
Returns, mismatches and refunds
Order-payment information does not replace the rules for a voluntary exchange, damaged item, defect, incorrect product or material mismatch. Read the Refund Policy before sending an item. Any applicable refund follows the confirmed remedy and the payment-provider process; this page does not promise an unverified processing time.
